8 SESSION COACHING PACKAGE

You will receive 8, 60-minute coaching sessions in addition to your free introductory session. Audio recordings of our session will be shared with you along with access to resources and tools available such as the Life Balance Survey, Values Inventory, Personal Identity Worksheet and more. After the first four consecutive sessions, you will have a 6 - month time frame to complete the remainder of your sessions.
