First Look as "Puna"

​

I am blessed to be the mom of three Amazing Moms and "Puna” to 10 grandchildren. Fitness has been a part of my Mama Life from the beginning—before it was a thing! 

 

I'm sure I made many mistakes along the way, but I knew the importance of staying active during pregnancy for my physical and mental well-being.

 

I'm excited to be better equipped to provide safe and effective training programs for all pregnancy stages and fitness levels that will support and coach women in training for an "ultimate athletic event"! Dream Job!

 

You CAN remain active (or even start being more active:), have more energy, and feel better prepared for the physical and mental demands of motherhood during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum recovery. 

 

As your body transforms during this "event," you can thrive—building strength and stability, preventing common pains and injuries, learning to preserve energy, and increasing resilience and confidence—safely and effectively!

 

My initial training in working with pregnant women was through PraiseMoves - a Christian alternative to yoga - as a Certified PraiseMoves Instructor. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a ProNatal Certified Coach. I offer both virtual and in-person tailored training options. 

 

It would be my honor to support you as you prepare your body, mind, and heart for the varied and unique stresses of this incredible journey and to cheer you on as you emerge even stronger!
