Service Description

For 4 Weeks from 7am to 7:15am, I will be offering 15 Minutes of Gentle PraiseMoves Stretching on Zoom.. Scripture and Prayer will be based on the Book of Jude with a focus on verses 21-25. Sessions are FREE! 1$ -$15/week donation ~ www.PayPal.me/cinky The PraiseMoves Devotionals will be webinar style, in that I will not be able to connect with you during the live session. Please comment or ask questions via my contact info below and I will get back in touch with you. Most of the stretching postures will be standing and /or chair friendly😊! So all are welcome!
