Psalm 139:1-3

Seek God and PRAY that He'd speak to you as you read! Believe His Promise. If you seek Him, you WILL find Him!

Matthew 7:7-8 “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened."

Points and actions to consider:

4. Read Psalm 139. Write out complete Psalm.

5. Read and meditate on verses 1-3 daily. Write them out after each reading, Word by Word, different translations, your own paraphrase, as a prayer, in a drawing or other art form – Mix it up!

6. Mark each reference to God. List what you learn about God in your journal.

7. Take a few minutes and meditate on what you have listed about God. As you're meditating, you might ask yourself, “How should knowing these truths about You, God, be applied in my life?"

Journal your thoughts and prayers

And so the OOH begins....

1. Before you reread Psalm 139, ask the Holy Spirit to teach you and to guide you into all truth (John 16:13). You could pray – Holy Spirit, please think through me until your ideas become my ideas, or King David’s prayer – Open my eyes to see the wonderful truths in your law.

2. Read Psalm 139 slowly and thoughtfully in a couple of other translations. As you read and reread, Mark 80 words or phrases that are meaningful to you and put it? But anything that you don't understand.

3. Write out the verse that captures your attention or write out the complete Psalm 139 in your favorite translation.
